Are returns free?

We currently do not offer free return labels. Return labels must be purchased from a shipping carrier to return items.

What items are eligible for return?

All items within 30 days from the date of fulfillment
of unused and resellable condition

What items are non-refundable? The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards

The item I received is damaged

If the purchased product is faulty, please reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date at sales@wispcases.com with an image of the damage.

I received the wrong case size

If you believe you received the wrong case size, please send us a picture of the back of the case to sales@wispcases.com and we’ll determine if the wrong size was shipped
